Jeff has a new book to appear from Harper Collins in September/October 2010. It is an examination of the mutual domestication of dogs and humans based on his own Benjy, an ex-guide dog who has a remarkable talent for loving people, dogs and all other animals. The book examines the extent to which there has been mutual reinforcement between dogs and humans of the positive emotions of the positive emotions such as empathy, sympathy, compassion and love from living with dogs.

Jeff will probably be touring the United States to promote this book in the fall.
